Q: The last painter we hired would work for a few days, then would leave for a couple days; always starting and stopping. Will you continue the job once you begin?
A: YES. We will stay with the project and work until your painting is finished. We will not go to another job until your job is complete.

Q: Do you have references? A: YES. We will provide you with references of similar jobs completed in your vicinity.

Q: Do you carry liability insurance?
A: YES. Our insurance includes a million dollar general liability policy through Nationwide Insurance.

Q: Do you use top-grade paint?
A: YES. We use premium quality products from all the major suppliers. Still, the brand of paint we use could be determined by other factors including client preference, the nature of the project, and other bid specs.

Q: Do you have a guarantee?
A: YES. A five-year limited warranty on most work.

Q:Will my job be completed by skilled painters?
A: YES. Our painters have all obtained adequate training in the jobs that they're assigned. Most of our painters have a minimum of ten years of experience.

Q: Can you assist with other things in addition to painting, like drywall repairs or carpentry?
A: YES. We're able to accomplish wall and ceiling repairs, carpentry, roof repairs and trim work.

Q: Do you protect our furniture and clean up after you're done?
A: YES. Floors, furniture and areas that are not supposed to be painted will be protected. On completion we'll pick up and clean up to return your house to the shape that we found
it.

Q: Can you tell me what I need to do in order to get ready for the painters?
A: YES. The only items we ask the client to move are the small bric-a-brac type items and pictures. We come expecting to move furniture, window treatments and switch plates. Upon completion of the painting we'll replace all of the items we moved back in their correct location.

Q: Will you come back and attend to any touch up issues after the job is completed?
A: YES. If there are any areas that need to be touched up we'll be more than happy to come back and touch up any affected areas.
