Hoover Painting will always disclose to you, before work begins, whether your project will be completed by Hoover Painting directly or by a Referred Professional.
Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing (including by email or text) by the party performing the work — either Hoover Painting or the Referred Professional, as applicable. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered once a project begins, and any changes will be communicated to you before additional charges apply.
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of your estimate or contract.
Hoover Painting is licensed and insured for painting, remodeling, and handyman work performed directly by Hoover Painting in the state of Alabama. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
